Special Offering for February 19

Our special offering for February 19 will go support World Renew – Turkey/Syria Earthquake Relief.

On Monday, February 6, 2023, two major earthquakes rocked Syria and Türkiye (Turkey) killing at least 11,000 people and leaving thousands more injured. And as rescue workers search for survivors in the rubble of collapsed buildings, the death toll is expected to rise. In hard-hit northern Syria, a region heavily populated by refugee families who had already been struggling with food insecurity, an ongoing cholera outbreak, and the challenges of sub-zero winter weather, there is an urgent need for humanitarian aid.

World Renew and our partners are working to assess the needs of the most vulnerable and those displaced by this disaster. Bitterly cold temperatures are a real concern as people are exposed to the elements, including rain and snow. World Renew’s partners will respond with emergency supplies and support long-term recovery from this devastating event.
